Packages

Studio Fees: To maintain availability for other clients, we impose the following fees for late cancellations and no shows:
1. Packages - cancel 8 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a loss of class credit. No-shows incur a $20 fee.
2. Memberships - cancel 8 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid cancellation fees of $15. No-shows incur a $20 fee.

Please cancel only via www.bodytonestudio.com, Bodytone app, or Mindbody app. We don't accept cancellations by phone or email. Thanks! 

Specials: Dip your toes into BodyTone with new member and seasonal specials. Ideal for starters and those looking to test out a new studio. *These specials are for new guests only; expires 14 days from date of first class. Late cancel and no-show forfeits one-credit. Non-refundable.

Packages: Tone your body at your own pace. Packages give you the flexibility to take classes whenever you feel like it. Packages expire within 1 year from purchase date. Classes must be booked online and are at a first-come first-serve basis so don't wait too too long! Any available class offered at the studio can be booked. Late cancel and no-show forfeits one class credit. Non-refundable.

Memberships: Monthly memberships are for those dedicated to the process of achieving greatness at the best value. Classes must be used within the month and must be booked online. As with all classes, they are at a first-come first-serve basis so don't wait too too long to start. Automatic payments are withdrawn monthly. Membership renews until cancelled. Up to 1 reservation per day. Late cancel ($15) and no-show ($20) fees apply. Non-refundable. Valid for one-user only.
